The Authority invites sealed bids from prequalified marine construction contractors for the Temporary Work Trestle Test Pile Installation Contract associated with the Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Replacement Project. The work includes marine pile installation and testing activities to support development of the Test Pile Program

This Procurement Hub serves as the official communication portal for distribution of all procurement-related documents, including the Prequalification Application, Draft Invitation to Bid (IFB), Final IFB, addenda, and other procurement related documents. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for regularly monitoring this website for updates and procurement information.

  • Prequalification is mandatory. Interested bidders must submit a completed prequalification application and obtain written prequalification approval from the Authority to be eligible to submit a bid for the forthcoming IFB. Contractors that do not obtain prequalification will be ineligible to submit a bid. Applications are due September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

  • The Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Authority has completed its evaluation of applications submitted in response to the Mandatory Contractor Prequalification Requirements for the Temporary Work Trestle Test Pile Installation Contract.

    The following firms have been determined to satisfy the prequalification requirements and are eligible to submit bids for this contract:

    • Pacific Pile & Marine LP

    • HME Construction, Inc.

    • Orion Marine Contractors, Inc.

    • Advanced American Construction, Inc.

    Individual prequalification determinations have been issued directly to each applicant.

    Only firms that have received written prequalification approval from the Authority are eligible to submit a bid for this procurement.
