The Authority invites sealed bids from prequalified marine construction contractors for the Temporary Work Trestle Test Pile Installation Contract associated with the Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Replacement Project. The work includes marine pile installation and testing activities to support development of the Test Pile Program
This Procurement Hub serves as the official communication portal for distribution of all procurement-related documents, including the Prequalification Application, Draft Invitation to Bid (IFB), Final IFB, addenda, and other procurement related documents. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for regularly monitoring this website for updates and procurement information.
Interested bidders are encouraged to complete and submit the prequalification application (available below) as soon as possible, and no later than September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting: 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The meeting will be held in person at the HRWSBA office, located at Suite #200, 1000 E Jewett Blvd, White Salmon, WA 98672, and via Zoom as a public meeting. Prequalification is mandatory. Interested bidders must submit a completed prequalification application and obtain written prequalification approval from the Authority to be eligible to submit a bid for the forthcoming IFB. Contractors that do not obtain prequalification will be ineligible to submit a bid. Applications are due September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
